Timothy W. Sullivan currently serves as BitFire’s Chairman of the Board of Directors. From August 2014 to March 2020 he served as President & CEO of the REV Group, a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of fire and emergency vehicles; commercial, transit and school buses; specialty trucks; mobility vans; construction sweepers and recreational vehicles. From July 2013 to June 2014, Mr. Sullivan was Chairman and CEO of Gardner Denver, Inc., a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of oil & gas, industrial and medical pumps, and compressors. In 2012 Mr. Sullivan served as a special consultant to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. He chaired the Wisconsin Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment, and the Wisconsin Governor’s College and Workforce Readiness Council. In 2012 he also served as an advisor to CCMP, a private equity firm in New York.
From 2000 to 2011 Mr. Sullivan was President and CEO of Bucyrus International, a manufacturer of mining machinery located in Oak Creek, WI. Bucyrus was sold to Caterpillar in 2011. Mr. Sullivan currently chairs the board of the Bucyrus Foundation that funds nonprofit organizations, including the St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care in Milwaukee. He is a past Chairman and Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Milwaukee, Gardner Denver, Inc., Generac Inc., the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, and United Way of Greater Milwaukee. He is a past Director of Aurora Health Care, Bucyrus International, Inc., Carroll University, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Cliffs Natural Resources, Inc., Crosby, Inc., GenAlpha, Inc., Greater Milwaukee Committee, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milacron, Inc., Milwaukee School of Engineering, National Mining Association, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, REV Group, Inc., Southeast Wisconsin Business Health Coalition, and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Business Advisory Council.
Mr. Sullivan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of International Management.

Bob Sullivan brings to BitFire a career that spans more than four decades in television. From senior management and consulting to production and programming, Sullivan has made extraordinary impact on all aspects of the broadcast business. As a recognized industry leader, Sullivan’s roles include VP of Television, Gannett Broadcasting; President and General Manager, W*USA TV in Washington D.C.; and Station Manager, KPNX-TV in Phoenix.
Most recently, Sullivan oversaw the transformation of three new business lines as General Manager for Sneaky Big, a full-production film studio and live production hub for CBS Sports, Turner Sports, The NFL Network, and Bleacher Report for The Alliance of American Football, among others. Prior to this engagement, Sullivan was SVP of Programming for TEGNA Media, overseeing new program development, market research, strategic planning, syndication acquisitions and business development. As VP of Programming for Scripps Television, Sullivan helped launch several original programs landing them in national syndication. He has owned his own marketing firm, Sullivan and Associates, and served as President of The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl XLII played in February 2008 in Glendale, Arizona.
BitFire is honored to include broadcast-industry trailblazer, Ken Aagaard, as a member of its Board of Directors. Former EVP of operations and production services at CBS Sports, Mr. Aagaard has worked on 20 Super Bowls, five World Series, a half dozen Wimbledon and French Open tennis tournaments. He has been instrumental in the production of three Olympics — including the 1988 Games in Seoul, when he was VP of operations for NBC Olympics, and three World Cups. He has worked with most all notable broadcasters and their teams, including ABC, CBS, Channel One, CNBC, ESPN, Fox, HBO, MLB Network, MTV, NBC, and Showtime. Mr. Aagaard has made tremendous impact on the entire broadcast industry from production to technical staff, and suppliers and manufacturers. His leadership demands the best from others, resulting in some of television’s greatest moments.
A Chicago native, Mr. Aagaard graduated from the University of Iowa in 1969 and began working as an operations director at WMAQ-TV Chicago, an NBC affiliate. In 1977, he worked for NBC in a summer-relief role and, in 1978, joined NBC broadcast-operations control. He was named VP of operations for NBC Sports in 1983. While running his own company, CBT, he expanded his resume working on concerts to boxing and soccer, and did integration work for CNBC, Nickelodeon Universal Studios, Euro Disney, and MLB Network. Mr. Aagaard began consulting for CBS in 1997 and joined CBS Sports full time in 1998 as VP of operations and engineering, but continues to work on CBT projects. Mr. Aagaard serves as a mentor as founding chairman of the Sports Video Group, the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame, and the Sports Broadcasting Fund.
Director of Studio Operations
Steve Moorman joins BitFire as a dedicated production veteran with over 20 years of national and international experience in television production, event management, and business development. As a line producer and production manager, Moorman oversaw the productions for over a dozen live sporting events and original programs at Sneaky Big Studios ranging from The Fiesta Bowl Wishes For Teachers, Grand Canyon University basketball and baseball games and original programs for NBC Entertainment and The Peacock Network. Moorman worked in several production and tech roles at broadcasting giant, E.W. Scripps in Phoenix where he oversaw the development, launch and broadcast of the daily access hour entertainment show, The List, now in its 8th season of national syndication. Prior to Scripps, Moorman spent more than a decade planning and leading live event production management on the world stage for The Academy Awards, The Grammys, and The Miss Universe Organization, to name a few. Moorman manages BitFire’s Studio operations where he is happy to call Phoenix his home.
Business Development, Production Services & Studios
Kathy Samuels has nearly three decades of experience in lifestyle, news and unscripted programming for television and digital broadcasting. Having worked at the three big networks: NBC, CBS, and ABC, she was an instrumental player as an Executive Producer and studio executive, helping to launch big TV brands like Access Hollywood, Rachel Ray, and Katie Couric. A creative force, Kathy also developed and produced various primetime TV specials, live shows, and pilots for the networks and TV station groups. From broadcast television to cable, to original programming and e-commerce, Kathy brought her diverse producing and programming background to running production services sales for independent studios. She prides herself on being able to tap into her producer skills to help clients achieve successful outcomes for their projects. She was one of Bitfire Networks' early clients turned devotees. Now Kathy keeps a foot in each coast dividing her time between California and Georgia with her husband, five grown children and two dogs.
Senior Broadcast Engineer
Shane Gavin comes to BitFire with almost two decades of broadcast and event engineering experience. Having worked in corporate, sports and concert production as an audio and video engineer, Shane possesses an extremely diverse skill set that fits a variety of production environments. His career includes 14 seasons with the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals while also providing engineering support for many large events at the team’s State Farm Stadium, including Super Bowl XLII and XLIX, the NCAA Final Four, BCS National Championship and several ESPN X Games. In his spare time, Shane enjoys time with his son and daughter, and is an avid lover of the outdoors who enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking and scuba diving.
Joe's background started out as a volunteer at a local church for 5 years in their production department. As the church grew into a multi-site church, Joe's role evolved as well with him growing into and developing the Systems Engineer position for 7 years. Responsibilities included dealing with installs, maintenance, and directing the weekend services. From there Joe moved into the freelance world as an Event and Systems Engineer for an NFL Team for 7 years, a Game Day Engineer for an NHL Team for 4 years, a traveling Video and Audio Engineer for an automotive training company for 5 years, as well as various other Video Engineering/EIC rolls. When not at work, Joe can be found either hanging out with the pups at home playing video games, or catching up with friends.
Delaney serves in the role as BitFire Studio's Office Manager. Delaney’s passion for broadcast television production came from her course work taken at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Delaney gained her experience in accounting through the automotive industry working for Berkshire Hathaway dealerships. From there she found her niche for all things accounting. Delaney is excited to combine her passions of broadcast and accounting at BitFire. Delaney also has multiple years of experience in Behavioral Health, and she also currently works for a nonprofit for at-risk youth. Delaney resides happily in Phoenix, AZ and loves spending time with her friends & family, and of course, her cat - Louis.

With less than two weeks notice, BitFire Studios organized a commercial for a high-tech automotive company that needed to have their vehicle in multiple states, locations and environments that appeared very realistic. The BitFire crew and team accommodated the client’s last-minute needs and were able to produce more than the client could have imagined.

Production and transmission services provider BitFire Networks was born during the recent Covid 19 pandemic and is now ready to take its next step with the opening of BitFire Studios. Located in Phoenix, the 16,000 sq. ft. facility will be home to BitFire Networks, Do Not Peek Entertainment (a full-service gaming and Esports production company) and Bandit Productions, an original program content development and production company with offices in Los Angeles and now Phoenix.
